Scottish Gaelic

Gaelic singer & Scottish step-dancer, Joy Dunlop, is originally from village of Connel in Argyll.  She’s an honours graduate of Sabhal Mòr Ostai, the Gaelic language college on the Isle of Skye, and is a fully trained Ùlpan tutor and a highly experienced Gaelic language, singing and dance tutor with Fèisean nan Gàidheal.

Here, Joy sings S fhad an sealladh (from her album ‘Faileasan/Reflections) accompanied by Sorren Maclean and Hannah Fisher.

Joy sings Faca sibh Raghaill na Ailean? in an intimate setting with Twelfth Day.

In Bunessan Village Hall, as part of her 2013 Argyll Tour, Joy sings Eilean Luinn.
